Using this site or buying from us means you accept these terms. We kept them short enough to actually read, which we consider a term of service in itself.

1. Who we are

Elariq (“Elariq,” “we,” “us”) sells personal care products through this website to customers in the United States. Contact for anything in these terms: hello@elariq.com.

2. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; our confirmation email accepts it. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons like suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems, and if we do, you are refunded in full and promptly. We are a small company; we do not cancel orders for sport.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change, but never for an order already placed. If a listing price is an obvious mistake (a $94 Season listed at $9.40, say), we will contact you before shipping rather than silently cancelling or silently profiting. Payment is due at checkout through our listed payment methods. Subscribe & Save bills monthly at $33 until you pause or cancel, which you can do any time before a cycle ships.

4. Shipping, returns and the guarantee

Shipping terms live on the Shipping & Returns page and the 60-day Ring Test guarantee lives on the Guarantee page; both are part of these terms. Summary: free US shipping over $50, full refund within 60 days of delivery with no product return required, one guarantee claim per customer.

5. Not medical advice

Elariq is a personal care tool. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are on medication or managing a condition. Not for use by pregnant or nursing women. Individual experiences vary, which is why the guarantee exists.

6. Your account and conduct

Keep any account credentials to yourself and give us accurate information. Do not use this site to do anything unlawful, to scrape or resell our content, to probe our systems, or to post reviews you were paid for or that misrepresent your experience. We may suspend access for abuse, and we define abuse the way any reasonable person at a dinner party would.

7. Our content

The words, images, formulas of speech and design of this site belong to Elariq or our licensors. Personal, non-commercial use is welcome. Republishing our pages as your own is not, and yes, that includes the ring metaphor.

8. Reviews and submissions

By submitting a review or message you give us a non-exclusive right to publish and lightly edit it (length and typos only) in connection with Elariq. You keep ownership of your words. We only feature reviews in marketing with the reviewer’s permission.

9. Liability, within reason

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. We stand behind the product with a real guarantee; we simply cannot insure your whole life with a tincture order, and we suspect you understand.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state from which Elariq operates. If something goes wrong, email us first: nearly every dispute in our history has been solved by one person reading one email carefully. Formal disputes go to the courts of that state.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top moves when we do. Material changes get called out plainly. Continued use of the site after a change means acceptance of it.
