The rule behind the table: free US shipping on every order over $50. The single bottle’s $4.95 is the price of not committing, which, respectfully, the Full Cycle solves for less per bottle.

Before 2pm ET
Order today, ship today. Our fulfillment room runs weekday business hours and takes its 2pm cutoff seriously, mostly because the carrier pickup driver does.
After 2pm ET
Your order ships the next business day. Friday-evening and weekend orders leave Monday, which we know is the longest possible distance between deciding and receiving. The tracking email softens it slightly.
Days 1–5
In transit. Most of the continental US lands in 3 business days, coasts-to-corners runs closer to 5. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO are covered and add a few days for the scenery.
Delivery day

US addresses only for now. International shipping is on the roadmap, and the email list hears about it first.
Returns & refunds
Our return policy is that you don’t return things.
Most brands make you re-box, re-label and re-post a bottle so it can be inspected and discarded. We skipped the theater. Elariq refunds run on the 60-day Ring Test guarantee, and the bottle’s part in the process is to stay exactly where it is.

Edge cases, handled
The unusual situations.
Arrived damaged? Rare, but glass travels through a human system. Email a photo to hello@elariq.com and a replacement ships the same day, no debate.
Marked delivered, not there? Give it until end of day, check the porch furniture and the neighbor with opinions, then email us. We reship or refund; you do not go without.
Wrong address at checkout? If it has not shipped we can fix it in minutes: email with “ADDRESS” in the subject. If it has shipped, we will work the carrier with you and make it right either way.
Cancelling a subscription? Two clicks from any subscription email, effective before your next cycle date. No call, no chat, no Brad.
